Mike Nichols and Mike Nichols, Jr. were the winners of the seventh annual Missy Miller MS Benefit Tournament, Saturday at Parkway Marina. Although the number of boats was down from previous years, some of the biggest hauls of the season were recorded over the weekend.

The Nichols caught a five fish limit weighing a whopping 21.69 lbs. earning them first place and a check for $1000. Randy and Sandy Arthur finished second with five fish weighing 20.35 lbs.  Nearly $5000 was raised for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Mike Mayhew and Randy Mitchell finished third with five fish weighing 17.25 lbs. including the Big Fish of the Day---a bass weighing 5.59 lbs.

Moneta anglers David and Shane Mills caught the Big Smallmouth Saturday with a fish weighing 3.37 lbs and six-year-old Chase Pritchett of Bedford was named Youth Champion. Chase fished with his father Brandon.
