Last month’s Andy Andrews Memorial Spring Swing resulted in over $1200 for eight area charities, thanks to the generosity of sponsors, supporters, volunteers and players.

The top three winning teams (out of 18) were; Team One-Lake Frazier, John Childress, Matt Woodford, and Mark Wagner; Team Two-John Waterman, Brad Andrews, & Jeremy Mowles and Team Three-John Byers, Jeff Glick, Chance Miller & Tod Selkirk

Charities benefitting from the 11th Annual golf tournament sponsored by Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Moneta included Henry Fork Service Center, Lake Christian Ministries,  Bedford Domestic Violence Service, Bethlehem Preschool, Food for Kids, Franklin County Resource Center, SML Good Neighbors, and the Good Samaritans. 

The Natysin Family Foundation, CAPPS Home Building Center, Citizens on Patrol (COPS), in Memory of Lib Walker and Wells Fargo Advisors were major sponsors of the event. The event honors the late Andy Andrews who was a gregarious, much-loved, enthusiastic ambassador of the Lake, and passionate supporter of local area ministries
