The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office hosted a pinning ceremony of six new deputies on Jan. 4. Sheriff Mike Miller swore in deputies Melinda Docker, Joshua Person and Alexis Rucker, who just graduated the Basic Law Enforcement Academy.
